  • Are the bottle service reservations guaranteed?

    Absolutely. You must arrive by no later than the venue’s check-in time to guarantee your bottle service reservation.

    If you arrive later, you may lose your reservation without notice.

  • How do we get confirmation for our reservation?

    After making a reservation on the site, you must make sure to Like our Facebook Page, and also post to your wall that you made a reservation for your chosen venue and tag us in that post. Once we’ve verified the post, we will confirm your reservation with the venue and email and/or text your confirmation details.

  • Can I just book my reservation when I get to town?

Cancellations

  • Is There A Cost To Cancel My Reservation?

    There is no additional charge for canceling. However, the price may increase if you try to rebook.

Spending Minimum

  • What Is A Spending Minimum?

    A Spending Minimum is the amount of money that a group is required to spend in order to reserve a table. This is also known as Table Minimums. For more info read “What If I Don’t Use My Entire Spending Minimum?”.

  • How Much Are Bottles?

    Bottles range depending on brand and alcohol type (750ml standard bottle size) the average ranges from $550 to $650 per bottle (plus taxes/fees/gratuity). Premium bottles of alcohol are associated with a higher cost per bottle. Example: $500 range for Absolut Vodka or $600 range for Patron Tequila.

  • What's Included In My Spending Minimum?

    Your spending minimum includes a guaranteed reservation with the venue, a private reserved table for you and your guests, a dedicated cocktail waitress, a table attendant and a security guard for your section as well as the amount dedicated to alcohol. General mixers such as soda and juices are complimentary with a bottle purchase. Energy drinks and bottled waters are usually an extra cost, but speak with your cocktail waitress to confirm prior to ordering.

Payment

  • Are these the cheapest prices I’ll be able to get?

    Yes. These are prices from the nightclubs and pool-parties without any markups or handshakes.

  • What does the advertised subtotal mean?

    That’s the subtotal you’ll be paying the nightclub or pool-party, not including any additional taxes and fees they may charge.

  • Are There Any Other Costs I Should Know About?

    TableParty pricing (direct venue pricing) includes all gratuities, taxes and fees so you know what you’re paying for before you go. If you have any last minute changes at the venue such as additional guests or you go above your minimum spend, the venue will hold you accountable for those additional charges.

  • Is The Cover Charge Included With My TableParty Reservation?

    Absolutely! When you make a free reservation on TableParty, the cover charge and expedited VIP entry is included based on the seating capacity of the table at the time of making your reservation. Any extra guests may be required to pay additional fees to enter the venue on your reservation.

  • Do I Need To Tip Extra?

    No, all tips are included in the pricing listed. However, we do suggest that for an increased level of service just remember it is an industry based upon tips and your level of service will reflect any above and beyond tipping. Also, if you would like anything extra such as a security guard to escort you to the restroom you may do so via tipping extra of what was already included in the price listed on TableParty.

Tables

  • Can I Choose My Exact Table?

    Unfortunately, no one is able to reserve their exact table, but you can reserve a table within a section.

  • What If I Want A Table Not Listed On TableParty?

    If TableParty doesn’t have what you’re looking for that doesn’t mean we don’t offer it, your table may just not be listed. Tables in which the spending minimum is greater than $3000 are considered premium and in limited inventory. TableParty prefers to handle these reservations with our Preferred VIP Hosting Partners. Simply connect via chat or phone so we can get you exactly what you need. Additional fees may apply.

  • What If I Don’t Use My Entire Spending Minimum?

    All spending minimums plus taxes and gratuity are authorized upon check in. No credit or refunds are issued for unused portions, so it’s best to chat with your cocktail waitress for additional available options such as energy drinks, snacks (pool parties only) or other mixers to add to your spending minimum.

  • What Can I Order To Reach My Spending Minimum?

    You can order anything on the menu from bottles of liquor, beer, water, various energy drinks and specialty drinks from the menu or waitress. Food options are commonly only available at a pool party or dayclub.

Bottle Service

  • What Is Bottle Service?

    Bottle Service is when you order a full bottle of liquor (750ml standard bottle size) with mixers at a private table/booth in which you’ll receive a dedicated cocktail waitress, table attendant, and section area security guard to serve you throughout your reservation.

  • How does bottle service work?

    When you purchase bottle or table service, you and your group will have a dedicated table, security to guard your section, a dedicated waitress and runners to assist you during your evening. No one is allowed to take your table once you have booked until your party vacates the table for the evening.

Day of Reservation

  • What if I want to show up later than the check-in time?

    In order to guarantee your bottle service reservation later than the check-in time, please call our partner Galavantier (1-877-425-2826) AFTER receiving your confirmation details.

  • How Do I Get Into The Club When I Show Up?

    Proceed to the ‘Table Check-In’ line at the main entrance of the venue or check-in with the door host and provide your name. Your assigned venue’s VIP Host (not by a third party) will then escort you into the club.

  • Do I just give them my name at the club?

    Yes, your name will on the table reservation list. You will be provided check-in instructions for the venue as well as the name and number of the host assigned to you once your reservation is confirmed.

  • What If I Have More People Than I Originally Expected?

    If you exceed the original reservation with extra guests, the venue will likely charge additional fees per person. You must stay within the capacity of your table or be subject to additional fees and/or a higher spending minimum. It’s best to speak with your venue VIP Host upon arrival and cocktail waitress once you’ve been seated at your reserved table. Also, if you have too many guests join your table that exceeds the capacity of your table, the venue may require you to increase your minimum spend and/or move to a different table or section.

  • When Do I Need to Arrive?

    Your confirmation email will verify your mandatory check-in time on the day of your reservation. TableParty can provide an estimated time of arrival prior to this at the time of booking your reservation. If you are more than 30 minutes late than your scheduled check-in time, your reservation will not be held. TableParty suggests that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your recommended arrival time. TableParty is not liable for any venue-canceled reservations due to late partygoers.
